During my time in Danbrew/Alectia I was involved in / responsible for:

 

• Key Account Manager for Vena Brewery, Türk Tuborg, Lao Brewery, Gorkha Brewery, Nile Brewery, Carlsberg Croatia, Boston Beer Company
• Working out projects covering complete greenfield breweries and extension projects including basic planning and design parameters, capacity calculations, system solutions and feasibility evaluations, site investigations, layout, cost estimates and time schedules
• Master Plans covering optimization of the process, comparison of production capacity with investment costs and defining/planning the extension phases according to the sales forecast
• Negotiating turnkey contracts with clients followed by negotiations with Danbrew’s sub-suppliers
• On behalf of clients, worked out contract documents and participated in negotiations with suppliers

I have been stationed in China (1989), Vietnam (1993 and 1995), Thailand (2000) and USA (2008-2009).
